Except Forsaken/Undead Elves

No Velonara, no Aelthalyste, nobody.

All differences steamrolled for the greater good

Thoughts and prayers for you all.

Yeah well it’s merely the end of the first of patch of the Void Spire raid. So basically the elves unite as one people and greet the new dawn as one people. Then Rommath agrees with Umbric that the battle for Quel’danas was a feint. The goal wasn’t to conquer Quel’thelas, but to use the awesome powers of the Dark well to funnel all the army of the Void straight to the Heart of Azeroth and to do what? Next patch we will find out. Maybe then the Darkfallen will have a mention, but it appears all the Elves are united as one people.

All represented in Quel’thelas the High Home for all Elves. Bathed in the Dawn well’s embrace but with no magical boon for an elf to take… Just a representation of elven unity…

Save the Darkfallen… but hey! We couldn’t aVoid this story and in a way the Darkfallen elves are represented amongst the ranks of the ren’dorei and sin’dorei. I just don’t get what Xal is going to do. The easy answer is dominate the world core and corrupt the planet from within, but that seems obvious, and I expect more machinations and more elven stories. Have we forgotten the lost queen of the elves? Azshara still has yet to make her presence known…

there are in fact no undead elf NPCs anywhere lol

except as enemy NPCs in the new dungeon that randomly made up an “ex horde sylvanas loyalist extremist” group out of thin air that will likely never be used or mentioned again

I honestly don’t, the same way earthen got zero story progression (and also didn’t even get a raid lol) during this expansion lol

Azshara will show up probably sure, because naga and void and undersea and “void monsters went down to the core of azeroth via the sunwell portal” crap

But 100% confident Forsaken Elves will not be centered at all during this whole expansion

They were intentionally excluded by the devs (the same person who made Gilneas Reclamation and Worgen Heritage btw!)

Well… outside of the events at Windrunner village there are Ren’dorei Darkfallen like Varana. I hope that next patch we venture into the sea under the crust of Azeroth and meet whatever Void creatures lie there. Maybe then will the events there make present the need for undead elves who can survive in such oppressing darkness. San’layn? Darkfallen? We shall see what undead forces still exist under Northrend and deep within the Worldcore.

It glitched out on me, so I’m just going to live in denial and pretend the night elves will be allowed to hang out in the lore hole and recover from all the Blizzard attention.

What we elves are finally united? Peace and love for us all! We are not blood, high, void, night or nightborne, but elves one and all. Don’t you love the end of Voidspire? The end of an age for the elves and a new beginning bathed in the dawn’s grace?

Welcome to Quel’thelas! I love you…  :globe_showing_europe_africa: :man_elf:

Rebranding blood elves to beige elves this late in the game is wild.

Blizz pls, I can’t afford all the race changes.

Yeah it’s just as lame as we thought it’d be.

I knew this story would be a test of my ability to forgive this new chapter in Warcraft, but it’s straight out of idiocracy. All the elves just getting along with peace and love for us all… I guess promises fulfilled Metzen… Promises very fulfilled… maybe not how we imagined, but as was promised.

It’s the end of DF all over again. Maybe it’s for the best that it then changes over to Amani story. But I also haven’t liked what they’ve done with the Amani.

I’ll just be here for gear and delves I guess, lol.

On second thought, maybe Blizzard can ignore Tirisfal and Gilneas.

I uhhhh… I think I like my fumigated rubble.

As always, it will DEPEND on how it’s delivered.

But (and this is speaking as a reformed night elf fangirl), I really don’t want to see everyone be completely buddy buddy with no cultural differences and all slights forgiven. It’s not the most fun to write about.

Same! Don’t forget we still have the Amani raid in that isle we can’t venture into yet… We have more unification for us all! Trolls will be having their peace and love moment a la Zul’jarra… yay! Try not to :face_vomiting: at the sight of the mighty Amani humbling themselves to the elves and joining hands in unity…. For Azeroth!

How many times does Blizzard have to prove me right before people start believing me when I point stuff out?

Jesus wept.

Pretend I’m inserting a picture of a tired-looking guy smoking a cigarette here to express my exhaustion with everything I read from the new spoilers.

seriously, who wanted this? I can’t think of anyone, void elf, high elf, blood elf, etc. who actually benefits from any of this development.

And they do go through with throwing Anasterian’s crown into the well to save it. Doesn’t make any sense and is insulting, but they are gonna do it. Consecrating it for the stupid Dawnwell bs.
