I’m having the same issue myself - specifically with Mankrik. I am able to log onto and play on Atiesh but whenever I try hopping to Mankrik I get “error retrieving character list”. Been like that for many hours now.

Can access character select screen slowly, but all characters time out when trying to enter the game. Get kicked back to character select with “character not found” message. Old Blanchy server

if your servers merged, make sure you are clicking the current main server.
