tried removing all addons, also cleared Cashe. still nothing. must be on Blizzard’s end for sure

yeah, too many different wrath servers having the issue for it to be a local issue. Feels like an issue with a connection to the database or a database going offline or something. I’m sure they will have it fixed relatively soon.

I tried clearing cache files, disabling/deleting addons, restarted computer.

Issue remains

Retail works fine. Only happening on Wrath.

i tried deleting the WTF folder, that didnt change anything. still getting the same error

Unable to login to any of my characters. Get “Character no found” error message. Followed support guidelines on the support pages below to no avail.

This is happening on Whitemane server.

Can’t load toons, WOTLK Classic.

Logged out, downloaded TacoTip, log back in, “Error Retrieving Character List”. Tried solutions online, deleted addon, deleted cache folder for WoW classic, and restarted computer. Still the same problem, even deleted other ‘out of date’ addons just in case.
Also tried creating new characters, couldn’t do that either. Make the character and pick a name, try to click the next/save button, but nothing happens.

Any help?

Same thing for me too. I even deleted and reinstalled launcher. Still not working.

I noticed it when I went to log out a toon. My Char. list didn’t come up.

Same issue for me on both computers I use; seems most likely to be a Blizzard problem since the usual fix of deleting the cache contents did not help. Hopefully they are on top of it.

Same, I finally can see my characters but when I try to login, “character cannot be found”
