+1 here, same error code after full reboot. Sitting on the sidelines while more of my friends list than usual is in game, many raiding.
I am getting the same issue 
ipconfig, errase folders … its a blizzard problem. Always the same issues, ey lucky streamers they are all in the game …

Seriously Blizz, you have to know what your error codes mean, I am sure you have someone there that can look the crap up and then figure out what is going on. What is taking you so long?

I used the option to manually loggin using the app code and all that stuff and it worked… just wait until the error popup, hit disconect and then put your login info in there, appa code and got in…

Same issue here; I was able to log into Gurobashi server, but cannot log into main account on Elune server.
Been waiting all day, I am also on this list with the same error. really? Not like they have been doing it for almost 20 years…

finally got in, didnt do anything special just keep attempting your log in. must be something wrong on blizz’s end
Re-logging with credentials appeared to work for me as well.

Same problem here. Can’t log in. Keep getting disconnected after it attempts login. They probably pulled the typical IT crap, deploy update leave and go home while everything crashes lol.

Is there even an official response to/recognition of this issue? I cannot find a Blue post even saying there is a problem! That’s almost more annoying than the error itself.
