Finally we were leaving shadowlands and my optimism was high. Zeppelin shows up and off we go! or so i thought. After the zeppelin crashes and resets everyone back in org we all laugh it off and fly back to the tower. Little did alot of us know of our fate at that point. Again i took the zeppelin and behold after a long load screen i arrived in the dragon isles, i ran over to accept my quest were i see a mob of people around. after clicking the quest nothing happened, after a short time i got disconnected and almost an hour later every time i try to log in my character just gets the “World server is down” message while i watch streamers and others sprint off in the distance while im left stranded. Anyone else get this feeling?

Hey tech support, got bumped offline right at 6 PM and can’t manage to get to any character in Durotar or Org on WrA right now. I’ve gotten a couple of “world server is down” messages. Can we reboot?

Also world server down in new starting zone.

same me and wife both got bumped try to log back in and loading screen comes up loads to end of bar can hear background noise but just hangs there loading screen never goes away

I’m getting this with my Horde toon, but not my Alliance one. Same server.
Got booted off zepplin, character shows in Durotar but getting “world server is down”.

I was also bumped on runetotem, character still should be in Eurostar after getting kicked off the boat to Dragon Isles now it won’t let me log back in and says World Sever is Down my wife is still connected but I can’t

I flew into Orgrimmar and the taxi didn’t land me – figuring crowded server with the launch so might try again tomorrow …
I got disconnected and stucked in login screen.

I see people on my bnet in both WRA and moon guard yet trying to log into WRA in durotar is nigh-impossible at the moment of typing this. Why were the cities sharded but not the world in preparation of this? I’m so confused.

Silly poors, thinking we get to have nice things
This issue is affecting my entire guild on WrA. It’s very frustrating to lose any time at the start of an expansion, doubly so when it’s to an issue that is very much controllable like sharding.

My toon is on the Waking Shore and gets World Server down.

I can get to SW on MG, but the boat is perpetually not at the dock and the timer has “unknown” arrival time.

I still don’t understand why the world wasn’t sharded. They resharded the RP servers earlier today and then this happens. So much for that smooth launch I was partially expecting.
