I’ve gotten the “World Server Down” 3x now for Stormrage.

I’m in discord listening to a friend happily quest through everything alone on Proudmoore. Having a great time! 
Its incredible the money and time… and we cant get a decent launch… I expected bugs but an entire launch failure… A lot of realms have world down, have chars on 4 servers and i cant log in into anyone.
the boat wont show up and the portal doesn’t work, please fix

Funny how huge streamers are playing fine on huge servers but the server im on with little to no pop is down lmfao.
No boat and portal doesnt work. All just standing here. Almost an hour into the release and nothing…

Moon Guard, but it’s only down when I try to login to a character who is in Bastion. 
Can’t get in either. My guild mates in discord tell me they were all on before release whereas I logged in a few minutes after and can’t get any of my toons to load. Deathwing US.
Yeah same issue for me I was at the dock and got disconnected on Tichondrius. Now when I log in I just get the world server is down. I’ve even tried swapping characters and servers, I’ve gone to Stormrage and Crushridge, and the same thing.
This is why you never take off work on launch day lol.
I was on the first zeppelin but got D/C’d. I tried logging back in and got the “World Server is Down” notification.
I rebooted my machine and attempted to log on with nothing else running in the background. Same error.
Tried logging into a character who was still in the dreaded shadowlands and I was able to connect.
Logged off and then back onto character who initially crashed out, world server down still.
Logged onto a character who is in Orgrimmar and was successful!

I’m currently doing a Scan and repair from the battlement client to see if that might work 
After getting the horrible “scan broke, try again” (twice) I’ve decided that my DISCO Ball wasn’t a great idea on the Zeppelin. I mean, I need to blame something.
I’ve since noticed that there are Authentication Server issues so I’ll have some dinner and come back to it later.

How many years does it take to actually deliver something on the day you said that people not only pay money for but also a monthly fee. EVERY FREAKING TIME!
Other companies have done it, go talk to them to see how to actually put your money where your mouth is.

Shadowlands was a perfect launch if I remember correctly, I didn’t have any issues
