Same here, playing on classic servers. can’t even get to the realm list.
Shaw user from Calgary, same issue. Can play Diablo 4 and my internet works fine besides being unable to log into any WoW client
Interesting that it is Telus as well. I wonder if it is a problem with Blizzard servers on their end then? (I’m Shaw in Victoria)

Routing just updated by Rogers/Shaw and confirmed issue resolved
Just received small update from Blizz. Closed game window, logged out of battle.net. Issue fixed.
I posted on "Logging into game server" - #27 by Shayel-area-52 but will cross post for more visibility.
I spoke with Shaw support and they are tracking this issue under this Incident ticket number - INC1638657.
Looks like we’re back. Would be nice to know what TF happened though…
So Blizz, we paid for our subs through money that we had to break our back to earn with, are you gonna fix this problem?
