I have also the same Issues with the free character transfers and I also dont know how long these transfer available, so it would be nice to get a feedback.

Hi,
I’m also having problems with the free transfer due to mailbox issues. Mailbox is visibly empty, but transfer complains there still is not-deleted mail there. Could you please try a purge?

I cannot transfer my character because the game says I have mail in my mailbox.
My mailbox is empty, I have no pending auctions, my Ignore list is empty, and I haven’t completed a quest in the past 24 hours (so NPC mail is unlikely). Can you check what’s preventing me from transferring?
