Just to clarify - our SFAs here had been given a special dispensation to delve into mailboxes due to the insane ticket wait times. It seems that since they’re finally coming down, that they’re telling people to put a ticket in like it’s supposed to be handled. Now, Vrak may pop in to prove us wrong, but a ticket is the proper way to go about this.
