Heya Kovyd, thanks for sharing. I’m from Terra, a mythic raiding guild 3/9M on Area-52. We’re looking for players with prior mythic experience who want to raid a 6 hour schedule while utilizing some of the best-practices you see in more serious environments. We’re a group of raiders with various mythic experience, including CEs and top 100 experience like yourself.
We raid 8:30-11:30pm ET Wednesday/Thursday.
Our primary organizational focus is progressing through mythic raid content in a constructive and productive raid environment. We’re willing to make short term sacrifices like investing in a player who shows potential and needs some gear and some practice or removing a player who might be highly skilled individually but isn’t on board with playing as a team and keeping the raid culture constructive.
We’re also an active M+ community that has a number of players in the 2.5k-3k+ io bracket. We are looking for more players to fill out groups for weekly keys.

We do have some expectations though:
Be friendly. - We’re all adults, just have fun here. We love to joke around in discord between pulls. It gets pretty hilarious! We tend to get a little loud, but that’s all the fun when you are still progressing in content with friends.
Be punctual. - 87.5% raid attendance is our goal. We understand family and real life happens. At the end of the day we all pay to play this game and we ask you try you best to attend raid out of respect for the other members. We have a nice system in place to let us know your going to be out. This helps us with knowing we are short ranged, healers or etc.
Be ambitious. - Always be willing to learn and work hard. We all make mistakes. The best thing you can do is learn from that. Our goal is to progress but to have fun while doing it.
Be focused. - Raid time is raid time. Since we are smaller guild this xpac requires a lot more from us. We just ask to keep discord clear on fights other then that chat away. Raid leaders will let you know when we are pulling.

Progression raiding remains Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday 9pm-11:30pm EST; Invites at 8:45pm EST.
Outside of that we have a lively community, always welcoming friends/casuals, which enjoys PvP and M+.
On Friday we run an alt or sale run depending on the week.
What we expect from you:
To be properly/max geared, enchanted and gemmed (We will assist with this).
Maintain good raid attendance (barring emergencies).
If you cannot make raid please post to communicate.
Come prepared and on time with consumables.
Have a reliable connection/computer.
Be an asset to us. We want to get you in/get you gear but you need to show you deserve it.
Mythic raiding experience comparable to ours is an asset.
Have a good attitude in raids and out. This means no drama what so ever and be able to wipe to new encounters and maintain a good attitude etc.
Be willing to sit. If you are sat, be ready to come back in at any point.
We do not carry people through raids.
We are a team and it takes all of us to be on top of our game to progress as quickly as possible.

We also have an additional team that is AOTC driven with easier mythic bosses. This team raids Tuesday and Thursday 8:30-11:30PM EST with invites going out at 8:15. Recently transferred from Hyjal, casual core team has raided together for a decade+, getting AOTC and most times easier mythic bosses down before taking breaks to play other games, enjoy RL or alts between tiers.
