60k shield is a lot every 30 seconds bud. Most classes have 2-3 minute defensives. Being able to pop one constantly is very nice.
And anything that one shots you, you shouldn’t be standing in. That is player error. All unavoidable damage is more than healable.
Balancing around something that people can avoid is silly.
