I can’t do it, just can’t. Maybe I am terrible at the game after being away for so long but this place feels overtuned and just extremely punishing, I don’t remember Legion being this difficult.

I think I had to go through several MT cycles before getting it first on my DK.

No your right. Watch PTR videos. Than look at live. HP was buffed and damage of bosses was buffed the night prior to live. It’s overtuned i spent hours doing it today with little progress.
It would be totally different if each time I’m progressing. But getting out of phase 1 is the most difficult thing I’ve done in wow. And i got the feral skin back in legion too

No one is blocked out. This is a risk vs reward system.
Not everyone is going to get it, just like not everyone was able to complete it in Legion
And as others have mentioned, it’s day 1. When was the last time a Mythic raid was downed the first day it dropped?

Emerald nightmare, also in legion, but that was a bad example and included three weeks of prep not counting ptr testing.
It is not overtuned. It is completable by anyone. It’s doable with a set of base pvp/pve gear with proper stats that you could get by running m0s or farming bgs.
Also, if you try hard and grind the chromie gear or just buy/craft a crafted set, it’s like literally 50% more damage which would make these UNDERTUNED if anything.
If you sincerely believe it’s a tuning issue, record your attempt and post it here and I’d be happy to help point out what can be improved.

It’s def diffcult, way more difficult. Just cause your gear is way OP for it, shouldn’t mean we have to do all that BS you just listed lol.
So I gotta go hit 60 and buy a bunch of PvP items or do timewalking welp you need friends to give you gear… Yeah no one does anything like that and my friends are gone don’t play this bs anymore.

It is not more difficult than day one mage tower was. It’s very very comparable if not the same.
It is more difficult, sure the concept hasn’t changed but the stat squish and going back an expansion things have CHANGED. Just cause you benefited from the change and can’t see others running into issues on their alts, doesn’t mean you are more skilled or talented at this bs lol. Lot of it was luck of draw as is…

And the MT has been tweaked to deal with that same change.

It’s been tweaked yeah then why are so many running into issues where the people who are clearly out gearing have no issues. Lets think about this! You played shadowlands, sure you deserve a headstart, but that doesn’t mean others shouldn’t be able to run across the finish line.

Right before holidays lol so I basically have to pick which character I want to do… Well I want manbearpig. Except I have an Ally my only Ally… Can’t easily gear this guy. BROKEN SYSTEM.
You’re not up on the times are you? There is no “out-gearing” it - everyone is set to the same exact ilvl
A level 50 has the same ilvl of gear as a level 60 fully geared mythic raider

Yeah why would I play this garbage, hoping it will get better but yeah prob not. I PvP and have done this in Legion, I wasn’t able to do it last time cause I have about 10 characters to juggle and ran out of time. I got to Kruul and lagged out multiple times, was playing on public wifi in starbucks with no a non gaming mouse on my gf school laptop lol not meant for gaming.
It’s way harder now, the Nethers have a lot more HP and I do less damage without my legendary items back in LEGION. BROKEN SYSTEM ALL A LONG. You should prob back out, you def benefitted from the gear don’t lie. Your bonuses help LOL
But yeah why bother holding the game accountable for all the flaws, let you losers enjoy this corpse of a game. lol Enjoy your manbearpig.
There is no benefitting from gear. It’s all normalized to a specific ilvl regardless of your current level or gear.

You can optimize your gear to give you leg up like you can in any content, but you cannot increase your ilvl like you could in Legion and steamroll it. The challenge stays.
