Yes. IMO, bring everything back. I got more than half of the skins and I don’t even use most of them anymore. I don’t see why I would be against other people getting them. I didn’t get them for status or prestige, I don’t care about that. I only got the ones I wanted, because for me they look good.

I have outlaw rogue and blood DK appearances.
I don’t care if latecomers can get them.
But Blizzard said it would never be possible and I’m ok with them keeping their word on that. It shouldn’t matter to players that other people can no longer get what they got, but it does apparently. I think it’s selfish, personally. It’s a game, and one thing I really dislike about a 20 year old game is how much old content is effectively lost forever.

I wouldn’t rule it out they can always change there mind at any point.
I have the resto druid skin, but opted not to do the feral / guardian ones due to how transmog worked at the time.
I think instead of people asking for stuff to return, they should ask for new things.
It’s okay not to have stuff, and if they return, it sets a precedent that you can’t even have cosmetic rewards which is horrible.
You can’t have power rewards because people complain they won’t get it.
You can’t have cosmetic rewards because of the same thing.
There should be more time-limited cosmetic rewards, not less.

Have them, don’t care about them coming back, or the achievements.
I know which ones were brutal that I toughed out, the experience was the reward.
I also know that I got 80% of them after antorus with classes and specs I had never played before.
That was part of the beauty of it, the most organic way to have us play new classes.
If they had kept gear scaled to a certain level, maybe I would care, but as it were, they didn’t. Maybe the people who care are the ones who did all of them at low ilvl 
To me I enjoy the exclusivity, but there should be a statute on everything. I just never see any tier 3, or cm aside from paladin, or cm weapons, or even mt weapons. They’re not used, they pretty much don’t exist. That’s not prestige, that’s just waste.
Edit:
I will add that there is zero reason they shouldn’t have brought back everything with different tints. Naxx 2.5 sets are the exact same model and they did absolutely nothing to take away from those who had tier 3.

I own the Prot Paladin & Ret Paladin appearances, and there’s many that I wish I could have gotten but didn’t.
I don’t want them to return. They were from a special, solo “capstone” type of content that we knew back in Legion wouldn’t be returning.
If we did get Mage Tower back, may as well release all the old transmogs that we have lost, like Benediction & Anathema or Rhok’Delar.

ikr. It would be funny if blizzard made a poll about it, cause whenether this topic comes up, it’s just like 2 or 3 people screaming and crying about how the skins shouldn’t come back, and the vast majority would be fine with it.
