This is the sentiment amongst everyone I know who has mage tower weapons or any other limited time reward such as MoP cmodes.
The owners of these items (myself included for my mop sets - I have multiple of those as well) don’t care about exclusivity and just enjoy having cool mogs in the game.
The people who say they care about exclusivity don’t actually have any of these items and are just trolling in an attempt to cause drama for their own amusement.
