It’s pretty much what I have been saying since they announced they will be implementing it again, but with less rewards. I still hold strong that recolours on all artifact appearances would interest a lot more people. Original owners can keep prestige with other colours that are no longer obtainable (this would have people coming back) but…!
But! Please hear me out. Just hold on, if they are so adamant about not bending on this. Could they at least please incentivize other players to try tank specs? Since everyone knows about tank shortage in this game. By not having just druid tank recolour, but all tank specs get a recolour of the artifact weapon from the challenge?

No, it’s not. If you have an accident and couldn’t play or had to decide to either play a game or having consequences in RL (money, family, job, …) then this is not the fault of the customer.
Yes and no. Compared to Final Fantasy 14 the catch-up system is non-existent. If you have done a raid 100 times, then you should get the mount regardless of the drop chance.
People loved the mage tower for obvious reasons. …but they want to pretend that players only love things with the word ‘tower’ in them.
So we get Torghast. It’s nothing like the mage tower, has the word tower in it and they scratch their heads….’but, but it’s a TOWER, metrics say they love towers…’ 
How legion ended for me was really rough personally. Nothing to do with the game itself, couldn’t play because reasons and was only able to play shortly after BFA started.
I’m glad it’s coming back for folks in whatever iteration they present it. I’m gonna take a hard pass on it’s return though. For me, some things are best remembered/forgotten.
The HD transmog will be good, wondering though what it will take to get those? Also 7 quests for a mount isn’t bad. But yeh, I do wish they would bring back the skins, there are just too many reasons not to.
I think you’re half right, yes having no release date whatsoever definitely isn’t helping.
However I think a lot of people (including myself) who never got to actually get the appearances were looking forward to it but it does suck we can’t get them OR not even a recolor of each appearance. So I’ll probably do it once on a couple of toons but even then eh, I won’t resub for it.
only the druids are excited- literally all the other mogs are a joke

again if you are going to comment on what I said at least have the sense to read the entire conversation so you can understand the point I was making.
Although it should be obvious, that if someone paid enough attention to legion to know about balance of power, then they should also have known about mage tower appearances disappearing so your entire argument is pointless.
But balance of power didn’t disappear also many people didn’t have all 12 classes leveled and may have switched mains since. It hurts precisely nobody to bring back the skins and I say that as someone who has pretty much all of them outside healer ones because I don’t have the patience for healing. Heck tie getting them to the feat of strength for doing all 36 on timewalking then they will have worked harder than over 90% of the people talking about how they worked super hard for their post final trait mage tower appearance.
From what I remember reading if you complete all 7 mage tower challenges across various characters you get the flying tome mount.
That’s a pretty cool challenge and reward to look forward to imo.
