It’s really not mirrored at all. I’m still playing the game, aren’t I? I made this thread because I have friends who lost interest in resubscribing once they heard that none of the artifact appearances would be coming back.

You have to understand that there were thousands of players itching at getting either the artifact recolors or the opportunity to get the original ones when they didn’t get them the first time.
Them the recolors hit. Basically silence and disappointment across the board.
It’s not split down the middle It’s about 70% in favor with another 15% who would be fine with different tints and then 15% who usually got it the last month for a single spec and ardently claim it was super hard and nobody else should be allowed to earn it.
Oh, I get it. And I’d love to see them come back. I just never expected them to, because they never really bring anything back unless they decide to throw it in the BMAH. Kinda hard to do that with artifact appearances like this I’d imagine, and even then they’d be beyond most peoples’ reach anyway.
I’m pretty excited. I don’t think I’ll be able to get the spell tome on the first go, maybe if I get time off during those weeks? Healer challenge is gonna be my wall for that one.
At the very least I plan on getting most of the armor sets and definitely fel bear. My druid uses the bear chameleon glyph, hope that one will rotate in.

I literally just went to search for mage tower keyword and sorted by last topic. There’s quite a few threads about it within the week alone. So this seems to be a dishonest take.

A lot of normies just skim thru these articles/announcements from blues, they never actually read the fine print where it clearly says only the Guardian Druid skin is being offered 
I predict interest will quickly plummet to 0 once the normies get their werebear skin. Once the masses realize there are no actual mage tower appearances obtainable from this “mage tower”, it will go the way of warfronts/no point in doing the content.

Sometimes it seems like Blizzard likes to sabotage itself. This really should have been such an easy thing for them to get right. But alas…

Blizzard is responsible for all changes made in the game, not the players. They do not take feedback from players. They have told us that many times, just in case you haven’t been paying attention. Judging by your description of events, they’re just trolling players, more evidence that you have provided us with your framing of the situation.
