Have you read this thread or any of these threads at all? Do you not see the swarms of people raging at the idea of their items not being exclusive anymore?
Yeah they are just like the people crying that they can’t get the mog they want, the people who want to waste development time on 2 xpac old content.
Which btw if they did do this they would have to go back to WOD and MOP to retool those challenges cause then that wouldn’t be fair either, which in turn wastes even more dev time. You literally do t have any idea the chain reaction this would set off

Removing them takes Dev resources, more than just keeping it around - Not to mention all of the dev resources that went into creating content and assets that only stick around for 1-2 patches.

People would be far better off if they made threads indicating they want more bear/cat druid forms - at least they would have a chance at that happening.

So the content just removes itself? That’s amazing! I wonder if it can reimplement itself too. But also, does this mean the content is growing sentient…Is…Is my Challenge mode gear going to start talking to me? I’m for it, I just want to be ready.
Well, like you said, it’s 2 expansions later. The challenge usually isn’t there anymore for content that old and doesn’t need to be. People just wanna look fly.

Remember to speak to the current devs in a way they’ll understand;
People will re-sub if there’s a way in-game to get these and if their re-introduction is properly advertised. Think of the MAU.
It has always been interesting to me that they don’t remove tier sets after the raid is current anymore, like other exclusive items. I mean I understand why they didn’t do it, say back in classic, because gear progression was harder and more linear.
I guess top tier raiders get achievements to Showcase case their efforts, but as much as I love some of the mythic and heroic sets, and would be sad if I couldn’t use them, I certainly wouldn’t be upset if they made them exclusive to if you completed that content when it was live. It would on the other hand probably push me to achieve them now, instead of waiting an expansion or two later.
The problem is that everyone sees these things differently, and I don’t think anyone is changing people’s minds here. 
Maybe they could bring back the mage tower druid forms as a BOP skill tome that you can buy on the BMAH! 
I’m honestly not sure why they aren’t just pumping out new forms. Completely different games I get it, but fort nite changes and adds stuff all the time.
I know not everyone would be okay with it but to get some of their “money’s worth” , even though I’m already subbed, I’d pay in the in game store for newer and cooler forms. (Start the flame now, go ahead)

I’m not upset either but I can recognize that it’s a stupid choice to remove items from the game. Like you said there are achievements associated with that stuff but to remove the items entirely is just stupid. That’s my opinion though

Oh no. Not a name for a transmog set. Well. I am thoroughly trounced. Can’t believe they gave names that much power in this video game. Anyway, I am going to go solo run Mythic Emerald Nightmare for the shoulder transmog…Unless I can’t? You know, because of the name? It says it’s mythic, so they probably retooled it to keep it a challenge.
There are opinions on both sides of this debate that are valid, and neither side is wrong. I’m still in the camp that they were advertised as time sensitive and should remain as such, but I also recognize Blizzard has seriously dropped the ball on cosmetics since then. The reasoning they told in BfA still frustrates me (that they were moving away from visual tier sets to make it more thematic to the raid, giving us the disgusting universal armor type armor) and there haven’t been any new Druid forms since then.
But I’m someone who does like exclusive and challenge content, so…I’ll advocate against bringing those back but also supporting that we need better armor, weapons, and forms than what we’ve gotten the last expansion and this one.
