News to me.
In Legion it was pretty well essential in the first iteration of the MT that your characters had particular gear, especially artifacts and legendaries. The only change in this version is that the current and previous âborrowed powerâ systems have been turned off and all gear is set to certain level. There is no reason why older gear cannot be adjusted to meet those tuning limits.
Edit: certainly some trinkets and other consumables have been adjusted and thats expected but without outright banning older gear I cant see how they would work that.

Im getting into ph2 and having them adds stop and channel, while im ktiting kruul, and avoiding the purple beams. Before, i could just incap them all at once, now it feels harder. they just run over and derp on me. Maybe i just need to get used to it

They definitely killed me plenty of times pre-nerf, whereas I feel like it would be nearly impossible for them to kill me post-nerf. The way they work just gives you so much time to react to their casts, so you donât have to exactly time a GCD to interrupt them.
That said, it does feel weird and I have killed the DH NPC several times by kiting those adds through the NPC. It feels strange but it is definitely more forgiving. Unless incap is actually on cooldown you should always be able to hit it before they get on top of you.

OMG. Thank you SO MUCH. Itâs not exactly what I was wanting (until 9.2), but this at least gives me a glimmer of hope that I can enjoy BOTH Endwalker AND Legion Timewalking. THANK YOU.
