Season 1 looks the coolest, but it’s not a mage look. Season 3 looks like a poor man’s version of FF XIV mage, but at least it looks mage-ish. Unfortunately, all sets were pretty meh this year, so regardless it’s getting tmog’d over.

agreed i missed s2 so i want that one but eveyrone wants the one that we can get NOW for some reason
I think that the other classes directly want to troll the magicians by choosing s3 being the ugliest.
Season 3 hat is great but the rest of it feels to bulky. They has the open robe design down well with the overworld season 2 armor but season 3 set feels too heavy as mage armor.
Season 2 was pretty good but I think season 1 looked the best.
Based on poll result I guess we’re getting another season 3 set. Really hope it’s a recolor because I don’t think there’s any guarantee that we’re not just getting the same set and same colors just achievable from different activities like we did back in MoP.
this is exactly why the whole set is trash.
If they could somehow make your hair be shown with these hats, it would be a better choice. I cannot for the life of me figure out why they can’t have certain hairstyles actually show with these hats on.
Fix the S3 chestpiece collar on fem worgen already. The geometry has imploded.

This voting format is an absolute fail. Everyone should get to choose their own sets.
I tend to agree because of the large proportion of trolls in the WoW community who will purposefully vote for the least popular option.
Case in point: the tree mount that you now never see anyone using, while seeing the book mount (now an achievement award from the Mage Tower) all the time.
None of that is scientific I know and is just my perception. Probably there were people who thought they’d actually like the tree. But more to the current point, “choose your own set/set bonuses” should have been just that. Let us choose our own.
Rigged election. All 3 were eh but season 1 is hands down the best. If you already have the hat mog why use the same set for a year straight.

Please change your votes from S3 which is the one we have now and give us another shot at filling out s2 or s1… it’s going to be a long time until the next xpac to have to wait for another set instead of the same one we have now.
s3 won…and s1+s2 had a higher amount, so more people wanted something other than s3. They should have done ranked choice voting.

Season 3 looks great on my void elf, but I already have LFR and Normal colorations from doing Emerald Dream weekly event quests. I might have voted for it before I had the shoulders. I love the moving parts in Season 3. I’m just two items away from completing my Season 1 sets (just need a head token and an upgrade book).
