I’ll be maining an Alliance mage and I’m looking for just the right guild for classic.
To list what I’m looking for
Casual - I work full time and am married so I can’t commit all my time to playing. I’ll still get in a lot of good gaming time but I can’t commit every evening to Wow. I should have no problem with raiding 2 nights a week. I’m a night owl so going late on those 2 nights isn’t a huge problem. I’ve estimated the time I have to play each week and I’ll likely average about 20 hours a week if I don’t have other commitments on my usual gaming days.
serious about raiding - I’d like a guild that is serious about completing raid content and has the numbers to do so
at least somewhat family friendly - I’m not offended by the occasional language or mild adult humor but I’d rather not be in a guild where people are constantly making vulgar jokes or use profanity constantly
pvp is a plus - while I’m rolling on a PVE server I do really enjoy pvp and BGs so having guild BG groups is a huge plus
drama free - I guess this goes without saying almost no one wants drama
I can raid most weeknights 8pm or later but I’d prefer to keep Friday and Saturday nights free for time with my wife and other real life social outings.
A little about myself - I’m a 40 year old vanilla veteran. I’ve raided to some degree every wow expansion except Cataclysm and of course including vanilla. I have my name reserved on Pagle, Atiesh, and Thalnos (just in case I decided to try a PVP server) I’d however prefer a PVE server. I could of course roll on another server to be in the right guild since classic hasn’t officially launched yet.

Expectations: (guild) SoS is an adult raiding guild and we firmly believe in providing a fun and inclusive environment. We encourage our members to play the toon/spec they want to play! The guild is expected to be supportive of one another and we do not condone trolling or attacking fellow members. That being said, the guild is not G rated and adult humor is expected! Ultimately the goal is to have a fun place to ask questions, group up, and enjoy the game as it should be, with friends!

Expectations: (raid) The goal is to be raid ready by early Nov, however we are flexible on this. Unpopular raiding specs are supported, though we may have to limit the total number of them if it begins to greatly hinder the raid. Raiders are expected to ask questions, know their class, help the guild farm for raid mats and repairs, and be willing to help your fellow members with attunement etc… Finally raiders are expected to use voice chat/Discord, though you do not need to speak only listen if you wish.

Raid Times: Tue/Thur 8:30 - 10:30 PM EST 2 nights a week with the possibility of adding a 3rd night in the future.
