Mage Pet Freeze Arena only Bug

Hi all,

Most games today when summoning my Water elemental pet, the action bar was empty. This results in me being unable to use pet freeze or attack. So my pet is useless. Not to mention without pet freeze, its all of my damage capability.

its an issue with pet bars/abilities, also affecting kara chess currently. only happens in instances such as dungeons/raids/arenas/bgs

seems to be a bug with gaining control of a pet in an instance not granting its abilities, since it doesnt seem to affect hunter pets
