Mage or Rogue for
- Good in world PvP, 1v1, 1vX
- Good in 2s and 3s (mostly with a resto druid)
- More fun
I do plan on doing a lot of M+ as well
Mage or Rogue for
I do plan on doing a lot of M+ as well
Honestly both will always be good, rogue will be easier to just play depending on spec u might have a slight learning curve but relative to how strong mages are its worth while figuring out
Think they’re both good in m+?
Honestly it’s whatever you think you’d like more
prob rogue
Rogue has shroud for M+ and mage has lust so bith are desirable, and speaking from experience you’ll always be able to get into a M+ group as most TD groups want lockpicking.
For PvP, I’d have to lean towards rogue just for their ability to run from a losing fight and can easily stick to opponents.
Definitely Rogue.
Good utility, Self heals, and mobility, and you’ll be able to stealth around and pick your own fights. And with Nazajatar and Mechagon being so heavily packed with mobs, stealth will be a life saver, assuming you don’t have flying of course.
Good healers are worth their weight in gold,
Good mages are worth their weight in diamonds
Good rouges are worth their weight in copper
Tbh though play what you find fun.
Insert Old elpaso girl saying:
“Why not both?”
mexican fiesta music all the way to 2500 with an Rdruid
Rogue is very squishy
Rogue is better for 1v1 most of the time. Everything else they are tied in. I’d say it really comes down to what you prefer: ranged or melee?
That’s hard to say because sometimes I prefer being ranged but other times I like being mele
mages are top tier in m+ but you really cant beat shroud
a good rogue will always be invited over a dh/ww where a good mage can be replaced by a lock/ele even if they’re slightly worse
Yes

Gr8 input!
Dude its not even close. Rogue is OP for 119 levels, then extremely strong at 120. There is literally almost zero downside to playing one besides maybe there are already 10000000 rogues
