Locks are like caster/tanks
Mages are mobile casters.
They are both good at controlling enemies. Own personal choice.

Locks are like ret paladin of casters. armor plated turrets that stand in the center of the arena and dumpster anything they can see.
Mages are like small chimps that also have like an iron man suit and they dont die and just throw missles and sht at people.
So you should play marks hunter cause they cant get kicked on aimed shot.

Mage has the best comp but Warlock seems like it has more comps. Mage has 3 specs though, Warlock really only has 1. Sorry Demo, you guys aren’t real.

Mages are easily the most babied class in the history of the game. They’ve never been bad although there were times when you have to put in effort ( when fire isn’t a thing) . I’d go with Mage because they’ve never had a bad season in 10+ years nor will they ever. The people that develop this game make it a point to make sure Mages always have a tier 1 spec. This is ingrained in their culture over there at Blizz and dates all the way back to Ghostcrawler.
