It seems that the frost talent “Frost Warding” is bugging Ice Armor and making Ice Armor fall off every 5ish seconds. If you go fire or arcane or even PVE frost spec then Ice Armor stays on, but if you are spec’d PvP frost with points in Frost Warding (which pretty much all pvp frost mages are) then Ice Armor falls off every 5ish seconds even if you totally take your hands off the keyboard.

We hotfixed this issue a few minutes ago, and Ice Armor should no longer fall off when players have either rank 1 or rank 2 of Frost Warding.
