I purchased the item from the vendor in booty bay which allows one to begin the mage class weapon quest. I used a comprehension charm which changed it to SCROLL: ESSENCE OF FIRE. Unfortunately my quest log was full when I did this. I deleted a quest from my log, but now am unable to use the item. When I go to burning steppes to find the magical stone it isn’t there. I looked online and many others are having this problem. (please see [SOD] Mage BWL Epic Weapon Quest Bug - #4 by Flamingblade-living-flame) but none of them say how to resolve it, except to put in a ticket. Please help GM 
perhaps refund the 150 tarnished undermine reals and delete the items from my toon?? Then I can repurchase and start again but making sure the quest log has an opening. How can you help? Thanks!
Unfortunately this isn’t a contact point for cs, did the other threads have a ticket link? There are separate forums for classic, with bug reports also.
