Mage blue fire

Frost spells are supposed to be white, arcane spells are blue and fire spells are red.

Is there some rule set in stone that I don’t know about? We have blue fire in the game already. There are braziers and toys that are blue fire.

There’s green fire in the game too.

So where’s this rule that Arcane summoned fire has to be red?
