Made new Community, missing that old hangout feel

After returning to Wow, it was immediate that the old days of legion and before where people used guilds to hang out are gone. Everyone raid logs, guilds are silent on non raid days, and wow feels like a single player game. I missed that feeling of people hanging out to hang out, so I am starting up a social community of people who want a fun relaxing atmosphere to hang out in between raid days, form groups or just chat about dumb stuff while doing daily quests.

Owl Collective was born.

Its fresh so its small, but if youre willing to give it a shot: https://www.worldofwarcraft.com/invite/3kzjqKail0L?region=US&faction=Alliance or if that has expired, look up owl collective in communities.

Hey there friend!

I entirely understand this sentiment. I have been playing WoW since the beginning of the game, and the social aspect is sorely missing in todays game.

I am the guild leader of a small casual/community first guild on the Icecrown server called Echelon. This guild has been around since Vanilla WoW, and I have always brought folks in who want to make a home, make friends, socialize, etc. We don’t (currently) have raid nights, so raid logging is never an issue.

Attached here is a “recruiting” post that I have in these forums detailing who we are, and what we are. If you read through it, maybe it can be something that you’re interested in, and finding a home. (If you aren’t happy with your current position anyway).

We play every day.
We have monthly guild games.
I am currently working on a trading card set for the guild.
It’s a family.

Anyway, if you read this and feel moved…Get at me?!

Will you be looking to add raid nights in TWW?

That is a conversation currently being had. Yes. I would love to get a team together, but it will come down to making sure we have the people to do it!
