It should work with either or provided he’s spelled it correctly. Although I will make mention of the fact that mouse over macros won’t work with middle mouse buttons on frames (I have no idea why), so if your keybind for enveloping mist is your middle mouse button, that might be the explanation.

basically cast @ mouseover, then prio targetted frame, then myself
@player isnt necessary i think but ive just been using the same template for basic heal spells for years
