Macro Help for heal targetoftarget

Hi, I am trying to make a macro that would
-heal the target of my target when i have an enemy
-heal myself when i have no one selected
-heal on mouseover

I think the first part below would be something like this, just not sure how to add the second and third parts to it. If anyone can help, i’d really appreciate it.

/cast [help] flash heal; [@targettarget] flash heal

Base Healing Macro

Alt: Self Cast
Mouseover Friend: Cast on Mouseover
Target Friend: Cast on Target
Target Enemy Targeting Friend: Cast on Enemy’s Target
Default casting behavior. This condition also serves to generate the correct tooltip.

/cast [mod:alt,@player] [@mouseover,help,nodead] [help] [@targettarget,help,nodead] [] SPELL

Make sure you have auto self cast enabled.
