There’s a pretty good chance the update is coming tomorrow for everyone. It includes the support needed for Apple Fitness+ which releases then.
11.1 just released, I highly suggest grabbing this update asap to see if it resolves this.
As I assumed, the update was released today (non-beta) and does include the screen fix.
