I can confirm this as well. As a tank when I set up a que.
Most or anyone above 590 is not really applying.
They have for their box so they are not playing anymore.
Loads and loads of free 570 who I will not take and they are not qualified gear wise to do delves.
This design is flawed.
All i see is a full que of groups filling tbh but i play in the afternoon. Maybe that’s when it gets poppin 
Honestly i feel M0 should offer higher rewards. Because delvs are way easier and yet offer a 616 from vault at tier 8 while mythic 0 only offers 603 for its harder difficulty which is weird.
The first 2 Weekly events (Theater troupe, Special Assignments, etc) give you a cache with a high level piece of gear. Each one takes no more than 10 min, I wouldn’t call that a grind.
I think OP is experiencing a bug. Someone mentioned this while I was running heroics, that they couldn’t see any m0 listing. Saw this a couple times on this forum too since m0 opened.
Group finder’s definitely not empty. If it is there’s something wrong on your end. The community’s way too large and dungeons are way too popular for the entire community to all stop doing them at the same time. Even if mythic got disabled somehow and folks couldn’t enter, there’d still be listings up from people who didn’t know they were broken. 
if you don’t see any you’re in the wrong place or have filters on search, plenty of people going

Yeah that could be it, they were all checked off but after relogging after being away all day I can finally see some groups, still substantially less than delves though
They feel unrewarding compared to T8 Delves, at least for now while we still have keys for a couple more days.
I still do M0s, but I target specific slots/items now, so just doing a handful every day, and preferably with friends.
M0s are the baseline for learning keys, they’ll probably always be runs by someone, or at least alts.
People who are not sweatlords might just still be gearing?
You mean people with jobs, socials lives and resposibilities. Are you sure these people play WoW?
On my server tons of people are forming groups
M0 was only useful for about a day or two. Delves have much better gear so the incentive to do them is low.
Even then, I’m sure there’s plenty of groups.

M0 is what, 593? The fact that tier 8 delves can get you 603 gear 4 times a week, more if you had keys stored up from the first few weeks of the expac, is crazy. M0s definitely need to award better gear commensurate with the effort put into doing them vs delves.
