Just did DotI M0 and got no crests so im inclined to believe it is not fixed

I just ran Brackenhide +0 and it did not drop crests
DOTI one of the bosses gave [Aspect’s Shadowflame Crest Fragment] instead of drake crests, I think all the rest are fine.
