I’m not m+ pro by any means, but there’s only a couple of tips I can think of if you’re just new’ish to handling bolstering.
-
In dungeons, it can be common to pull a bunch of mobs, AoE it down, and if a couple of mobs are still alive, go ahead and pull the next packs. When the 2 mobs from your first pull die, and the group you just pulled get bolstered twice, you’re just slowing yourself down. So, just kill everything before you move on to the next pack.

If you’re doing big pulls, try to get mobs with reasonably similar HP. For instance, in Taz Gambit, you may not want to pull 2 murloc packs and one of the Sea Giant dudes that roams around. Once the murlocs get AoE’d down, your giant is now bolstered by 6 stacks or so… Again slowing you down, and his stomp may just one shot depending on your key level.

Not every mob bolsters either, so you may want to look into which do and don’t. Generally, smaller non-elite mobs don’t bolster. Again, in Taz Gambit, the murloc patrols that just run around are small little non-elite murlocs - there are some mixed into the “real” murloc pulls too. Those don’t bolster everything else when they die.
Just some stuff that came to my head. ![]()
