Except it is evidence. I was a disc priest healer during cata, I still remember the first week of the expansion and how much those dungeons sucked with a random group of people, in fact, I remember spending hours in some dungeons and never even finishing them. They weren’t bad at all with an organized group in voice chat though. I also remember the massive outcry on the forums that culminated in the now infamous Ghostcrawler response: Dungeons are hard! Let’s just say some pug healers stopped healing altogether during that time, which is also acknowledged in Ghostcrawlers post. Blizzard ended up nerfing that content.
