I know there was a bug earlier (not sure if it been fixed or resolved) that did not count floodgate or priory for resiliency if you had timed those at last tier and was contributing towards this tiers resiliency.
I.e you had all 15’s but never did a priory or floodgate at all, you would be 15 resil as long as you had those done at 15 or higher in the previous season on that character.
I wouldn’t be surprised if somehow trying to fix this screwed something up, or if the new score update screwed this up. I would definitely submit a ticket, or at the very least, Monday night before you log for the week, try rip your key below 16 and see what happens to rule out a potential tooltip error.
