Why didn’t you hit the reply to the comment? It was not obvious.
Exactly.
Blizzard has the data, they’re not going to ban someone who put in genuine effort but decided to leave a group after multiple wipes when it becomes clear that the run is not going to time.
But you got folks like the OP and the troll I had to block saying “You must NEVER leave any group! If you do you are GRIEFING! YOU CAN BE BANNED!!”
Which is something Blizzard has literally never said you had to do. So they’re making crap up, attributing the crap they made up to Blizzard, and then getting mad at Blizzard for the crap they made up.
i agree.
that carhagen griefer leaver troll says they can leave whatever groups they wants though. dont listen to them.
its griefing to leave poor innocent groups that underperform because it bricks their keys.
Blizzard is a great company and use their words carefully. They would have said “genuine effort or multiple wipes.”
But they said three scenarios. Even a community manager even stated. That if you have more leaves than complete. It is a big red flag.
look at this griefer troll that leaves groups trying to create a scenario where he isnt a griefer for leaving.
blizzard said if u leave too many times you are a griefer and should be banned. they were obviously very clear about that.
so stop leaving and griefing groups or risk getting banned.
but they did say that any one that did not get banned…how much you left is not griefing.
which means we can all continue to leave at the same rate we were.
Basically this.
Were you banned during the M+ ban wave that just went out?
If the answer is yes? You left way too many M+ runs and Blizzard determined that you were being reckless/malicious and were ruining the gameplay experience of the other people in your group.
If the answer is no? Then you didn’t leave too many M+ runs. Meaning however many you have left wasn’t enough for Blizzard to take notice of you. So, you’re fine, keep playing, enjoy the game.

What I don’t understand is. How can you even comment on the state of m+ and the leaver situation. If you don’t do m+ yourself?
I looked at your WoW armory. No KSM, KSH or a +10 timed. How can you possibly know what it is like in the m+ scene.
It’s fairly easy to read what Blizz said and comprehend it. You don’t need advanced mythic experience to do so actually.
It seems people that do mythics agree. You are the odd man out.
No, if you read the forum comments in the posts I made. Some people agree with me. So what you said was false.
Now how can I trust a comment when you personally don’t read yourself? You don’t need an advance mythic experience but how can you even comprehend what m+ is if you don’t participate in it.
Your comment is invalid.
I do enough to know that you’re trolling and that I can leave at the rate I’ve already been leaving without any concern.
And I will happily continue to do so.
Ok.
I have the same opinion and do m+.
Some people agreeing with you does not override what Blizzard stated.
I await to find out how you will dismiss my opinion.
Ah yes, the good old armory bash.
Always something ya’ll attempt when you can’t refute the points being made.
I feel sorry for the people grouping with you doing m+ under 10’s if you are leaving them. Those should be easy to time. This is why I am happy Blizzard is doing something about this.

You said “Your Average M+ key runner, who might leave 1 key per day”, “if you leave minutes after the timer starts”
How can you even know any of this if you don’t do m+ yourself? Ever seen a bloodlust first pull NW, SV or Arakara? There are times when a full wipe within 1 minute. It happens because there was no prio or interrupts and knockups and people leave.
So how can you even comment on such scenarios when you don’t even participate in it. I’m not armory bashing. I’m just saying you have no idea what is happening in m+ or what people do who try to push io.
It’s called having friends who constantly talk about M+
Amazing thing that.
Also, just because I haven’t done something, doesn’t mean I can’t learn about it. That’s called educating yourself. You might want to learn more about that, just a thought.
wow you have friends that constantly talk about m+.
But not once have you tried it yourself. Not once has your friends invited you to do m+. That makes no sense.
If you wanted to learn about it. Why don’t you just do it.
it makes perfect sense, they are a bad player like me and need carries so they should want griefer leavers to be banned!
Oh I’ve done M+ I have the Keystone Challenger achievement unlocked.
Which is why I know I don’t enjoy it enough to bother with achievements like KSM. Timed content is not something I have ever enjoyed.
Not that it matters.
Again, we’re correct. As Akston pointed out, they do M+ and they have the same opinion that I do. All I’ve done is correctly point out that Blizzard is not targeting the average M+ player who has left runs for one reason or another. They’re targeting the bad actors who have left an excessive number of runs.
You’re the one trying to fearmonger off that and claim that Blizzard now wants everyone to finish every run they start, which they never said.
Now, are you done? Can we move on? Or do I have to block you as well?
I feel sorry for the people doing your 10s with you dying 20 times. Why would you grief them like that?
You should work on getting those numbers down.
It’s better to block me. You shared false statistics, as well as said “haven’t done something, doesn’t mean I can’t learn about it”, then said “Oh I’ve done M+”
Look M+ is not for everyone and that is absolutely okay. WoW has a lot more content. But don’t be commenting and saying things that you think you know about. When you don’t.
I feel sorry for the people doing your 10s with you dying 20 times. Why would you grief them like that?
Doing 13’s now. I don’t die 20 times. It’s usually a combined total. Yes, that why it is better to complete the key. So you can have better experience in doing the pulls, interupts, knockups etc.
You would know this and have timed keys if you didn’t leave all the time.
