Brutal keys such as 10s-13s requires almost near perfect skills to even chance a run.
Making me have second thoughts most of the time even though the juicyness of myth grade gear from vault is too tempting to ignore.

Ocassionally, meaning from time to time. Abandoning runs will happen, so they know it is not a hard line event. Unexpected emergencies, outages, OR (note the use of the word OR here) the group deciding to quit the run (meaning everyone is just over it and calling it quits cause they suck as a collective or they are just tired of wiping).

Repeated reckless disruption is things like joining keys to leave them, or harassing people/joining groups who won’t invite your alt on a main to then start the key and brick it as ‘punishment’ for your alt not getting invited, etc.
Blizzard said nothing about cracking down on people leaving keys they at least initially intended to finish. This was Blizzard cracking down on people joining keys they didn’t intend on finishing to begin with that engaged in a recognizable pattern of behaviors.
