M+ is actually fun. Am I alone?

You’re not alone and if my keys are an indication, not even close to alone.

I enjoy it up to KSM(because I’m bad) and don’t normally go higher. I’m getting close with my healer and am ready to finish it out.

And I like to slow roll it a little instead of slamming everything in the first few weeks, draw it out so I don’t burn out.

I also like taking alts through low keys later in the season just for a different feel/gameplay.

This seems ambitious but I’d rate it as pretty darn ok.

I won’t say there isn’t plenty of this but most valid criticism is lumped in as “unnecessary hate” as well.

About to take my resto shammy on a few runs. Shammy actually feels fun.

M+ is a puggers dream come true. Free gear and all you have to do is to throw yourself at it long enough until you get carried to +10.

I have one at 80, if I ever get my hpal done I’m going to heal some rat keys with the sham, I’m awful with the dps specs.

And I really gotta finish my ppal(like 1750ish), never had a tank even close to 2k so I’ve really been slow rolling him.

Mythic + is fun yes, however the balance team at blizzard seems to have failed really hard in many ways. One healing seems very inconsistant for most healers and or doesnt feel like its enough. Which leads to an obvious gap between difficulty and actual player power. But then again alot of people saw this coming when blizzard said they had buffed the damage and health for tww mobs and dungeons alike to make them “feel more challenging”. Which anyone of us who experienced that before knew it wouldnt scale well along side player power. The devs really gotta look at everything instead of trying to say its in an okay state.

I love M+ but I don’t like the current dungeons and I’m not looking forward to season 2 dungeons.

man, i dig it as tank. it’s a bit anxiety-inducing getting the pathing down, but after that, it’s fun for me.

Dungeons along with raids have always been my favorite part of the game. Being able to obtain decent progressive rewards all tier/season is great.

Just progress going up keys is fun for me too.

I still prefer M+ over Raid and PvP. Delves were fun too, but you outgrow them pretty quickly. M+ has Great Vault only as a progression to myth-track gear and Delves have none; seems that at some difficulty they should both get that level of reward (well beyond +10 keystones and T8 Delves).

You’re not alone. You’re just plain wrong.

nothing out there i see is better.

Its super fun

I usually think it’s fun for like 3-5 weeks but then I get bored super fast because I’ve never been a big fan of running the same dungeons over and over and over and over and over again lol.

Healing is a blast in keys imo, as long as you’re doing content that is challenging relative to your gear/skill level. I’ve had more fun healing m+ than I have in raid.

I still like it despite hating some of the dungeons

But it still can be improved

Masochism is a thing!

But so is the majority of healers quitting/switching to DPS because sweating profusely isnt something most people want from a mouse and keyboard activity…

I mean healer participation in m+ is at an all time low while dps is at an all time high, so mathematically people just arent enjoying healing as much right now as they have in past s1.

m+ is fun, it’s just that it’s been sabotaged into having fake progression that isn’t worth it.

Blizzard has no interest in doing m+ right, they just tweak it enough in the hopes people don’t quit while simultaneously dragging out subscriptions.

It’s not seen as a vehicle of fulfilling fun and proper progression. It’s seen as a vehicle to troll people into weekly lootbox fake progression. Nor does the competitive aspect even stand unless you magically have mythic raiding exclusive loot to have a proper chance at the 1% title.]

WoW is and has been run like a f2p freemium mobile game.

Guess who has two thumbs and got KSM on their hpal last night, this guy. This was a good week to finish it off.

Healing is rough. It’s feast or famine depending on groups and skill. Some runs you’re cruising throwing heals out and some runs you’re scrambling around like your hair is on fire. I’m too old for all that.

On to the last 200 points for ppal.
