hi! if u spec it u can get the 6% buff after switching forms for 2 globals which means u can shift from cat form when ur energy is low into humanoid form by casting rejuvenation and then when u switch back to cat ur energy will be higher bc u have the 6% haste buff for 2 more globals!! or u can switch to bear and put out a higher number heal if ur a healer!! or u can preemptively go bear form to have a 6% versatility buff and reduce dmg taken for a little while while still doing something in a real form like humanoid or cat form!!! ur welcome for the new meta u can send wow tokens to cazjel-arthas
