I have boosted my Human Death Knight to level 80 and is cannot see or access the Human Heritage Armor Quest (An Urgent Matter). I do have exalted Reputation with Stormwind. What am i forgetting ?
I know this will sound like a dumb question, but it’s the most important one before asking other questions:
Have you ever leveled a Human before? You need to level one properly to get access to the quest.
No never, but i believe only allied races must be leveled normally in order to access the quest.
Incorrect. You must level each race organically in order to access the quest. That applies to all races, not just Allied.
Using a Character Boost, Race Change, or Faction Change no longer disqualifies the character from doing Heritage Armor quests.

I am aware of that as well, this is why I think this situation might be a genuine Bug
