On my main, I interacted with all 120 glowing moths, and received the achievement “Dust 'Em Off” however I only have 119 Luminous dust and cannot purchase all items from the vendor.
I have now used an alt to fly around and do the same thing, I interacted with ALL 120 moths, and received 120 Glowing Moth Dust, which is a grey item.
I have confirmed this is indeed a bug, and 1 moth did not produce the Luminous dust even though I interacted with it.
I’ve checked every coordinate twice and only have 116 and my currency says 115
Also at 119/120 dust with the achievement unlocked. The bugged moth for me was the one behind the Voidstorm portal.
I have the same issue with the one inside the Glade of walking memories. It’s not where is supposed to be. 119/120
I’ve got the same issue. I’’ve done the achievement for 120 moths, however i only have 119 dust.
I have used various addons and manual coordinates and have confirmed that i have collected all 120 moths.
I need 1 more dust so i can buy the last item 
I did see in game when trying to submit a bug report that they are aware, I hope they have a fix soon. I hit 11 renown as well and no moths have show on the map either, so no way to receive it until they implement a fix for it. Stuck at 119/120 and awaiting results </3

Still bugged, missing 1 dust even after collecting 120.
i’m having somewhat different problem, I should have 120/120 but I don’t, I took today after getting renown 11 to get all the missing ones, and I apparently I did, but the achievement and the dust is 119/120.
After flying the whole zone seven times, I tried with another char and I found out that if I go to my alts after “completing” the achievement there’s a moth about 56.6, 47.6 in my minimap on ALL MY ALTS, but the moth it’s not there, not even invisible, it was already caught by the char that “completed” the achievement, and the moth doesn’t even show on minimap for that char, I remember catching it with it cause it was one of those tricky ones you need to stand in a plataform in a specific way to get it.
It’s a moth very very vey close to the Den, you can’t miss it.
edit: I couldn’t do the 120 dust on an alt, cause now they are warband and only show once (which may be causing the bug honestly)
I got the Achievement too and I am stuck at 119/120. Please can I get help Blizzard

Put in a ticket and it was auto closed, no gm, no option to reopen, just a response telling me to log out and log back in and a bit about classic looting and a survey.

The moths are buggy as hell. I can be standing right in front of one and it isnt marked on the map, and othertimes i can see one on my minimap but its not actually there. Whatever they did to the moths earlier in the week screwed something up.
I have the similar problem but unfortunately I do not have the completed Dust ‘em off achievement. My last moth according to handy notes at 56:47 is invisible. I will not be able to complete Light up the Night Meta achievement without completing Dust ‘em off. Please release more glowing moths to resolve the 119/120 luminous dust issue.
I have 119/120 and no achievment because one of the nodes is bugged and doesnt appear. its on the map and I am there but no moth to click. i know it isnt in some cave because its at /way 56.58 47.65 which is just a mound with some shrooms on it.
It triggers my addons on one toon but not on another.
I am renown 12 so I know I can see them all on my map and it is spawning on my map.
Here to say I am another one where /way 56.58 47.65 is the one that is missing to interact with but shows up on the minimap. /sigh
