Lucid Nightmare Endless Halls

I think it varies from run to run. But I know my little map had like 50 rooms on it. I think.

I tried a long time to get the rivendare mount in vanilla, then for a bit after. Gave up long ago lol.

I loved that little maze. I tried to map it out but eventually gave up and just went with the right hand rule and was lucky enough that I didn’t find the teleporter room. I think my run only took me about an hour.

I also remember getting a bit frustrated as I started the day before and not realizing that if I logged out it would reset the place.

It’s basically endless. However someone developed an add-on you could use for it.

Just remember, just because you went through a doorway on the left doesn’t mean it’s directly on the left. It could hop.

Loved this room. I read up on the whole quest line and was prepared. It didn’t take me overly long.

the maze isn’t endless. You have a set amount of rooms and a teleporter room. It’s the teleporter room that makes the maze seem larger then it actual is but if you can find where that room is, mapping out the maze is very easy from that point.

There are also some endless loop areas which I had found in my maze. I had gotten stuck in a loop for about seven minutes before I realized that I had been going in a circle and when I changed directions I was able to get out.

There are also about three or four levels in the maze which complicates things further.

I drew pictures and it helped, they aren’t endless, its just a maze in a way.

I gave up mapping. I just put on music and ran in circles for two hours till I got it right.

There’s teleport traps in that maze which are utter BS and make mapping the place impractical.

A very helpful friend mapped it out for me, since I was getting pretty confused.

The mount definitely looks great though, it’s usually my main mount for my warlock and shadow priest.

Oh, and congrats on getting it!

Not really that hard, you either need to get a piece of paper & write down where you & mark things or have a very good memory. I think I was there for at most 30 minutes.

Honestly I listened to a documentary while doing those halls, it took me a bit to figure out how the halls worked and how to use the helper.

i let my son do it for me - “mom, its simple pattern recognition” ok - whatever you say

Best of luck there, that’s taken me 2 hours to complete.

Once more let’s take a minute to celebrate all those folks who worked this puzzle all the way down to conclusion.

Hats off, folks!

How about Jennafur? Any progress on solving the kitty puzzle?

There’s 64 rooms.

It’s a 8 by 8 square grid, with each side linking to the opposite one.

HOWEVER, one of the rooms randomly teleports you to another room once you enter it, thus making everything really confusing. The secret to understand it is to locate the teleporting room and avoid returning to it.

Jenafur has been solved! :relaxed:

That’s awesome! I want to see how they got all the clues together!

That’s been solved. It’s pretty easy actually.

I was actually given it. Only seen it drop once. The percent is much higher than it was in vanilla.

Yes, perhaps because everyone was expecting it to be harder than it was!

But how did they end up working out which foods go where? Does anyone know? Because if that was all trial-and-error, that’s evil!
