Its been a few weeks and I do not see the undermine loyalty buff on my buffs section. I turned in the next level today (9%) and its there for a moment and then goes away. I am missing out on a 9% damage buff. Anyone else noticed this? I checked the dps meter aura section and warlogs buff section and I do not see the loyalty buff, but I do see it on others.
