Aw… now they’ll nerf it all.
Sounds like something did change then.
So yeah, looks like prepatch fussed it all up. 
Still waiting for them to fix this so I can enchant my character for Herald of the Titans.

Its such a simple fix too, just raise the ilvl req to 100 (or whatever it should be) instead of 50.

Good luck with that. 5 months and no mention. They still haven’t scaled up crafted or vendor gear. I don’t think it’s getting fixed.
As far as I know, you should be able to enchant heirlooms at a low level, and iirc the enchant stays after the heirloom scales up.
Been a while since I used enchants before max level tho, so that might not work, but that’s the only way I can think of you might be able to get lower level enchants
