On average i got 1 piece of pvp gear a week back in season1&2 of og tbc. All i did was pvp and the odd raid. Sounds like peoples expectations are a bit off.

Just want to respond with a reminder that turning in 1 of each token gives you 300 honour. I was fortunate enough to have the time to farm a decent amount of the classic 3 tokens. If you look at the charts, for a full set (sans weapons), you need 110 AB marks, 60 AV marks and 50 WSG and 50 EOTS marks.
For EOTS marks, the neck costs 10 and the boots cost 40.
My approach has been to buy the neck, then use the rest of my EOTS marks and excess marks from other BGs for the 300 honour turn-in, and simply put off buying the boots for about a month or so as I slowly collect EOTS marks after I get everything else.
The 300 honour turn-ins have been an enormous help. Combine it with weekend honour bonuses and dailies and it seriously speeds up the process.
PvP is supposed to be its own reward.

It is, but not when it feels like a waste of time.
Take skirmishes for example, i love to play them, but when i do, i feel like im just wasting time from doing something more productive in game

With all due respect your impatience is more of a personal dilemma than a game wide problem regardless of how many share your point of view.
Your game experience and queue times are not guaranteed by Blizzard and for good reason (they cant). Its on you to make the game worth your while. If bg queue times are an issue for you then its on you to either come to grips with it or make a change that gets you closer to what you want.
Blizzard cant make wholesale changes to the game on the grounds of player choice and general impatience without disrupting other parts of the game. The last thing they need to do is give one faction bonus kudos for making their own bed.
1 hour 40 min Q so far for AV and it hasnât even popped. This is just a jokeâŚ

The reason queues are high is that some greedy people chose the side with better racials. Now that group doesnât want to pay the cost for their choice which is the high queue time, because they are greedy as f***. They want good racials and fast queue.
Nobody expected the boosty retaily boys to last longer than a coulpe of weeks in classic, so let them leave and go back to retail.

If people are quitting due to low honor then they were just boosted tourists that were bound the quit at some point anywhere.
Sorry but if youâre quitting because you canât handle not having a full pvp set 1 week after hitting 70 then this game was never for you, youâre a whimp, go back to retail.

The honor is way off so you are missing the point about this thread. Not sure why you feel the need to post on a 62 about horde que times Iâm alliance and this is ridiculous as to how much honor you are getting from battlegrounds.
