I know. I was so excited to finally get a Dryad title. Waited since I made my druid character to have one. And then boom. Gone. 
And, in typical modern-day Blizzard fashion, refuse to acknowledge its a problem anywhere.

I filed a ticket about this and got the following response today:
Hello there, I hope you are well.
My name is Game Master Daremdekhar and I wanted to answer your ticket about the Honorary Dryad title disappearing.
Apologies for the delay in a reply, it’s very busy at the moment but we’re working hard on getting that back to normal as soon as possible 
*This problem was widely reported by players using the in-game bug tool and has been hotfixed by the developers, the Honorary Dryad title should once again be appearing for these who achieved it: [I’m not allowed to link, but the article # is 000328421.]
As that article mentions, if you have an issue with this following the fix, please submit a new report.

However, I still don’t have the title accessible from my character screen, and the Snowclaw Cub still runs away from me.

Same issue here… It says the bug has been fixed, however the “Honorary Dryad” title is still missing on my character.

My title is gone as well, I didn’t notice until I was going after the bear pet.
My title is also gone. didn’t know until going for pet.
Same, I still have not gotten this title back

Still an issue yup
This is still bugged and disappearing on logout as of 12/21/22.
I received the title and 24-hour buff tonight (12/21/22), spent about 0.5 hr getting food for the Primal Bear Cub and traveling to Azure Span with a guildmate. Found the Cub, told the guildmate to go first (she received her pet), and then I logged out in the woods by the bear’s spot. Total elapsed time for the buff was less than an hour. One hour later, I logged back in to check on the bear. My title was gone and no longer available in the titles list.

Still have not gotten this title back which makes me sad since I was hoping to get the bear mini pet but with no title

Yep. Been checking everyday and still don’t have the title. Not fixed.

I have also lost my Honorary Dryad title, and I only realized it after I saw that it was needed for the “Primal bear sub” pet. Mind you, after I got everything else, and then went to pick up the bear.
I have lost my Honorary Dryad title and would like it back so that I may obtain the Primal Bear Cub. Thank you.

With all the hotfixes that were supposed to take effect and didn’t, I’m wondering if folks are just on holidays.
