Lost primal fire when created from motes

I have a screenshot of this.

I created a primal fire from 10 motes of fire as i was mining. and i happened to “create” it right as i was looting the mining node. The primal fire vanished and isnt in my bags at all (yes trust me i looked, and i recorded it and screenshotted it)

Bug happened on my character:

allyn - heartseeker at around 11:05 in terrokar forest as i was mining a khorium vein

mote of fire transmute to primal fire DID NOT give me primal fire even though it said it did in chat. POOF gone.

Try relogging - I just had a similar issue with making a Primal Life and upon logging out and back in, it appeared in my bags.

Same thing just happened to me. Made a Primal Air from Motes of Air and it disappeared; when I relogged around an hour later, it popped back up in my inventory.

I have had this same issue when converting motes of water to primal water, click to turn 20 motes into 2 primals and now I only have one…
