For a new character, you have to go to the pointless trouble of assigning your dragon riding talents. For every new character, but it’s a real nuisance for Remix toons because they don’t have the usual minimap button to set dragon riding talents.
You can access the talent panel with the following console command:
When you do this, you’ll find that you have all the talent points you’ve earned in DF but none are allocated, which you can do now.
