Alleria is also married to a human. It wouldn’t make any sense for her to join the BE in the horde.

High Elf = Blood Elf//Blood Elf = High Elf. Literally the same race, one set still lives in their ancestral home, the others are roaming around scattered and functionally extinct marrying into human families, or joining Alleria in becoming Void Elves.

I’ve also mentioned this before. We are just another arrow in her quiver. Also pretty much something somebody would say that doesn’t care about the Horde and is just using us to further some other unknown malevolent goal, because she was appointed by a malevolent third party entity.

I think Huntillia is thinking that Alleria is with the Silver Covenant, so “high elves.”
She’s not, the Silver Covenant is the third sister that no one talks about.

Couldn’t be written, her family is mainly alliance.
Not certain that’s Lor’themar’s story but I can’t figure how he would should fit in the story if Sylvanas and the alliance aren’t a threat to Silvermoon.

Isn’t another distinction that the High Elves are still allied with the Alliance while the Blood Elves are allied with the Horde.

You make good points. In forum you want get much from them. Them make up so many stories about Sylvanas it is not funny. I really do not support the war. I do support the horde as a whole. What is happening is a disgrace. They need to support the war chief. War is war. Finish up and then fix the problem he and the alliance caused.
The silver convenant would still be blood elves tho. Lorthermar is both high elf and blood elf. Sylvanas is both high elf/blood elf and undead. Alleria is both high elf and blood. Because theyre the same race of people minus sylvanas being undead. Alleria wasnt around when the high elves were wiped and changed their name to blood elf in order to commeorate the dead I do not think, but her being the same race still holds true as fact.

Its relevant because regardless it would not matter. Belonging to one group doesnt make them any less of the same race than if they belonged to another. Kultiran humans are still the same humans are stormwind humans.

I know that it’s a reflex to cram in “no acktually blood elves are still high elves” any time the Silver Covenant is mentioned but you can let it go. This isn’t a High Elf thread. Shhhhhh.

The difference between High Elf and Blood Elf isn’t biology. It’s politics. Kind of like people with family of different politics. They’re both kin, but bc of politics they belong to different groups and see each other as rivals.

Well first, Alleria is a High Elf not a Blood elf (anti helfer reeeeeee inc). Second, Lor’themar (at times) is one of the few reasonable horde leaders there is. Third, I wouldn’t mind having him in the Alliance along with the Blood elves ( since blizzard is so dead set in spitting in Alliance player’s face) and every blood elf (like yourself) who is so fixated with blindly following sylvanas’ orders can be race changed into forsaken.

I didn’t know Blood Elves where high elves when I rolled it back in BC because I didn’t care. I just wanted to play the new race. And with all the Windrunners that have lady lust for human males, it’s hard to keep their bland and generic personalities separate.
