Lorewalking has bricked my character. Customer service has been unable to help me. My character is currently still on the Lorewalking quest as he has the “Play Scene” buff. He cannot move, cannot act, and is considered stunned for all intents and purposes.

You should be able to use the “Talk to Lorewalker Cho” (speech bubble button) on the Lorewalking mode control to get out of your situation, by teleporting or something similar.
My character is currently stuck at a loading screen somewhere in The Maw during a lore walking quest. I have attempted to use the move character service but I am still stuck. I have logged in with other characters, no luck. I can’t seem to get any help beyond automated. My character has been stuck since yesterday evening.

That button, does not exist
If you’re using UI replacements like ElvUI, it hides the button. I don’t use such addon packages, so I don’t know how to fix that (short of waiting for the ElvUI devs to fix the bug).
I do not use any mods. I have already spoken to GMs, they cannot fix my problems.
I have this exact problem. Support told me that it is a back end issue and we just have to wait. I have filed a bug report in detail and done every single troubleshooting thing that can be done. This sucks.

At least in my case I am using no UI mods or addons. I have also deleted my cache, wtf, and interface folder in case there was a problem there. I have used the repair tool as well. I have attempted to use the move character service multiple times. No luck. 48 hours stuck at loading screen on current lorewalking scenario in the maw.

Mine is stuck on the scenario loading screen for the Arthis lore walking.
I just ran into the same issue. I tried the character move service, but I’m still stuck on the loading screen.
Just cancelled account. No response from Blizz on this issue despite numerous posts by players. No way to get a hold of a gm in game. Move character function doesn’t fix issue even though ticket says resolved. I have used the move character function 3 times. Server maintenance didn’t resolve issue. Its been 5 days and there seems to be no way to get the problem resolved. Cancelling before I get charged for another month and cannot play.
complete waste of time. Cant complete. No credit. bugged
